·       In January 2023, we opened our first retail sportsbook at the home of the Washington Commanders in Maryland. The Fanatics Sportsbook is the only retail sportsbook inside an NFL stadium. 

·       In August 2023, we opened our second retail sportsbook outside Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. We are partnered with the Cleveland Guardians (MLB) on the project.

·      In August 2023, we opened our third retail sportsbook next to Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. We are partnered with the Columbus Blue Jackets (NHL) on the project. 

·     Fanatics Betting and Gaming has upgraded nine CT Lottery run retail locations in Connecticut with new signage, enhanced odds screens and brand-new self-service betting kiosks from Suzohapp. Fanatics Sportsbook will be the official odds provider for all CT Lottery retail sports betting locations including:

• Bobby V’s in Stamford and Windsor Locks

• Sports Haven in New Haven

• Winners in Hartford, Manchester, Milford, New Britain and Waterbury   

• The XL Center in Hartford

·     In February 2024, the retail sportsbook at Catfish Bend Casino in Burlington, Iowa changed its name and management from PointsBet to Fanatics Sportsbook. The new look Fanatics Sportsbook at Catfish Bend Casino will continue to be an upscale lounge and the place to watch the game in comfort with a multiscreen video and odds display wall, a sports bar and slot machines.

·     In April 2024, the four former PointsBet locations have been upgraded to Fanatics Sportsbook.
